SPECIFICATIONS

The ZERO LEAK door shall be manufactured by USF Fabrication, Inc., Hialeah, Florida USA. Access door sizes may be specified by either internal clear opening of covers/doors or frame opening where surroundings constrict a door’s available occupancy. Cover reinforcements are specific to load rating; where pedestrian and hydraulic loading nominal value(s) carry a 1560 PSF design criteria and are each built and tested to a hydrostatic 25 ft of head pressure. H-20 and Direct traffic load rated designs are also available and hydrostatically verified to 25 ft of head pressure at completion. ASCE 24 & Miami-Dade Chapter 11C design category tested. Installation shall be in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The door shall be manufactured and assembled in the United States. Manufacturer shall guarantee the door against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years for aluminum & five (5) years for steel.
