USEPA Memorandum ARRA 09-1, SUBJ: Implementation of Buy America provisions of P.L, 111-5, the “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009”
USF Fabrication, Inc. manufactures its products at two manufacturing plants located in Hialeah, Florida and Ogden, Utah. The identification of our products can be accomplished by looking at the drawings, photos, and other information found in our Product Catalog, brochures and on our website. Our safety nets are made in the United States by a local manufacturer. Based on our understanding of the guidance contained in above reference, we believe our entire product line complies with the provisions of the ARRA.
